Ecosystem Planning and Restoration, LLC (EPR) has an open position for a full-time Ecological Restoration Designer in Columbia, MD. Our company is seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional eager to apply their expertise in developing ecosystem restoration projects and providing innovative solutions for our clients.
Basic Functions: Duties will include leading and assisting with ecosystem restoration and stormwater design, plan development, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, field assessments, and project management. Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of direct experience in ecosystem restoration and mitigation, watershed assessment, and stormwater management. A degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Ecology, Hydrology, Geology, Geomorphology, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is required. Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is preferred.
